This annual fundraising event is the joint initiative of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Wine Guild of the UK and Young Chef Young Waiter. With the wonderful generosity and support from all our friends in the Industry, over the years, we have raised well in excess of £ 1.5million. The International Restaurateurs’ Dinner is built on the foundations of the last 30 years and Roy Ackerman’s legacy this year we aim to raise more than ever before. The vital funds raised will be invested in education and training initiatives developed by the partner organisations and put back into our beloved industry.

Each Table Prize sponsor will be featured in the commemorative brochure and Auction Prize sponsors will be featured with their logo plus photos on the interactive auction bidding system which is linked to display screens around the venue. There will also be a pre-event auction site, which will give even more opportunities to support the fundraising.
All will receive full credit for their generosity in the commemorative brochure given to each of the 400 guests on the night.
Prizes for the International Restaurateurs’ Dinner should be supplied on sponsors own letterhead which details the prize and includes a contact name and telephone number plus any limitations on availability.
