With the wonderful generosity and support from all our friends in the industry, over the years, we have raised well in excess of £1.5million. The International Restaurateurs’ Dinner is built on the foundations of the last 30 years and Roy Ackerman’s legacy this year we aim to raise more than ever before. The vital funds raised will be invested in education and training initiatives developed by the partner organisations and put back into our beloved industry.
